We are incredibly saddened by the news of the passing of our friend, João Donato. We loved this great man, very much, as did fans around the world. A magical human with an enormous musical orbit. An 88 year old master of the piano. João’s legacy and impact will hold a place in the evolution of music for eternity. The kid from Acre, the great man from Rio. May he rest in peace and join the greatest samba there ever was.
