RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on jazzisdead.com or at concerts and events for return or exchange. Vinyl records must be sealed in original packaging. 

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. Please contact us via email at info@jazzisdead.com using the form below and we will send you a return label.

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: e-gift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Subscribers are free to cancel at any time. You may do so by logging in to your Jazz Is Dead account via the link here or emailing us directly at info@jazzisdead.com. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping USPS. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping fees you will be charged, if any, will be provided to you before you confirm your order. If we provide you with an estimated shipping date, the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed, and inventory shortages or events beyond our control could impact the delivery date.
