BHM 2020: LONNIE LISTON SMITH

We could have not envisioned more for this epic night. Garth Trinidad set the mood and heightened the vibe. Cut Chemist recreated classics with only one turntable and a single loop pedal — it was completely mind-blowing and captured the transcendence of the night. Katalyst and drummer Greg Paul brought the world to life. They helped transport us all to the 70’s where the bedrock of this genre bending music was birthed. Our very own Loren Oden punctuated the evening with his enrapturing vocals alongside the man of the hour, Lonnie Liston Smith.
