BHM 2019: ROY AYERS

Closing out Black History Month with the living legend Roy Ayers was the best way to celebrate the culture, and we couldn’t do it with just one show, but four.

Night one, you could tell really brought a smile to Roy’s face and warmed his heart when he first seen the LA Community thrilled to be witnessing his musical genius live on stage, and for many of them this was the first time. There were people of all ages in the crowd for both shows for the first night, and everyone had so much respect for the vibraphone god while he was on stage doing his thing backed by his amazing 3-piece band.
