Jazz Is Dead has partnered with its sister label Linear Labs to launch a new membership program. Members will receive every new release from each label (averaging six albums per calendar year). Receive a myriad of merchandise, double LPs, test presses and dub plates hand-cut by Adrian Younge himself.
The Jazz Is Dead record label, co-founded by Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad, creates music with a unique sensibility: It aims at creating new records for crate diggers, alongside the legendary musical maestros that shaped the sound of yesterday. Linear Labs is a label where Younge’s cinematic and psychedelic soul creations have become the sample source for some of the most celebrated hip hop producers around the world.
Both record labels share a passion for top-tier hi-fi analog recordings as both exclusively record at Adrian Younge’s Linear Labs studio. Each label will release at least three albums per year, giving members access to six or more albums annually.

FOUNDATION Membership - $10/MONTH

Foundation members are the bedrock of everything we create, providing the essential support that brings our vision to life. In return, members receive digital music, artwork and credits for all releases on both Jazz Is Dead and Linear Labs.
Community Membership - $35/MONTH
- First Edition Vinyl LP, CD & everything in the Foundation Membership
Community forms when people band together with shared interests, and in this case we’re bringing together a community of analog music lovers. Perfect for the dedicated crate digger and collector, members of this tier receive hi-fi first edition records, guaranteed, in both vinyl and CD formats, plus everything included in the Foundational Membership.
ARCHIVIST Membership - $65/MONTH
- Limited Test Press Vinyl LP & everything in the Community Membership
An archivist is someone with a deep appreciation for historical and culturally significant artifacts. This membership is designed for those who take their collection seriously. With the Archivist membership, we offer rare, highly limited test pressings—only 30 units cut—presented in hand-pulled silkscreened record sleeves. In addition to these exclusive items, members also receive everything included in the Community membership. As an Archivist, you’ll own a truly unique piece of our catalog.
AMBASSADOR Membership - $120/MONTH
- Jazz Is Dead & Linear Labs limited merch, Two tickets to every Jazz Is Dead concert in any city, An extra copy of every first edition vinyl LP & everything in the Archivist Membership
An Ambassador is a high ranking member, carrying Jazz Is Dead and Linear Labs wherever they go. As an Ambassador, you’ll receive an extra copy of every first edition record and two tickets tickets to every Jazz Is Dead concert: one for yourself and one for a friend. In addition, to a test press, CD and digital files, members of this tier also receive every exclusive lifestyle piece we release— including but not limited to limited edition tees, hoodies, posters, coffee, mugs, and more.
LEGACY Membership - $235/MONTH
- 1 custom 7” Dubplate cut by Adrian Younge & everything in the Ambassador Membership.
The Legacy member receives the rarest and most limited editions of our music: 7” dub plates hand-cut inside of Linear Labs studio by Adrian Younge himself. With only a handful created, members will own a piece of history as these are the first dub plates to be released by Jazz Is Dead and Linear Labs. In addition to these dub plates, you will receive everything included in the Ambassador Membership.
